Fees & Availability

Sessions are available on weekday evenings (Monday to Thursday) and Saturday mornings, priced at £60 each. Availability can vary, so you're welcome to get in touch to check current openings and talk through a time and format that suits you best.

I’m Matthew, a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in Hove.

I offer thoughtful, compassionate therapy which explores what’s going on for you, both in the present and in light of past experiences that may be shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I aim to help you make sense of what you're feeling, deepen your self-awareness, and discover more grounded and meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others. Through our work together, you'll be supported in building resilience to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Brighton.

Pricing

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to counselling. This initial assessment lasts 50 minutes and is offered at a reduced rate of £30.

Ongoing sessions are £60 for 50 minutes, whether held in person or online. I aim to offer a safe, consistent, confidential space to support your therapeutic journey—whatever format works best for you.
